Mike Arena quoted us $1175 for acid washing, color correction, apply grit for traction, high gloss sealer and cleanup. Contractor showed up 4 hours late and then proceeded to rush through the work resulting in a very poor quality job. After putting in a 3 hour effort the sealer turned cloudy, thick in some spots and the color patchy and bare. The patio and walk look absolutely terrible, in fact 100 times worse than it was originally before the supposed repair. You can see boot prints in the sealer and pools of sealer in low areas. Mike presented as very personable and knowledgeable who professed to "grow up" in the cement business. Came across as very trustworthy. When contacted to come back and look at the finished product (supplied pictures to him the next morning) he stated that he agreed the work was "BS" and proceeded to blame his supplier and said he was on his way there to get to the bottom of it. Gave him two weeks to get back to us and needless to say we have never heard back from him again. Paid him through E-Transfer and didn't get an invoice. Pictures speak for themselves.
