Ryan and the professionals he works with were excellent — always on time, completed tasks efficiently, kept the job site clean, and communicated with consistency. After initially dealing with another renovation company that we needed to terminate for a multitude of reasons, the experience working with Ryan to rectify the situation was extremely refreshing. We felt confident the entire way through, and now have two beautiful washrooms in our home. We appreciated Ryan's realistic approach, honesty, humour and professionalism, and would recommend Mango Renovations to anyone seeking help for their home.

From start to finish of each of the two projects that Mangos Renos did for us we were impressed.
We appreciated their initial detailed quote at the start of each project. There were no surprises as the project went on. What they quoted is what they charged.
As with every reno there are things that are uncovered that no one could have known about. Ryan's team communicated with us every step of the way, offering different options, explaining the pros and cons and then respecting our decisions.
Ryan's team had many creative ideas that added to the beauty and functionality of our spaces.
He and his team were always easy to contact, respectful of our time and home, and pleasant to have around.
Most importantly we love the end result! Our sunroom was done a few years ago and is now one of the most used spaces in our home. It's a beautiful place to spend time in. This summer our deck went from dangerous to fun. Now, relaxing around the pool is possible and we're spending more time together outside as a family.
Mangos Renos has helped make our home a source of pride as... guests always comment on how amazing our deck and sunroom look.
We plan on using Mangos Renos again for our bathroom reno and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and talented contractor.

We recently used Mangos Renos to fully renovate our master bathroom and we are thrilled with the results. Ryan is a true professional - he and his team were very easy to work with and do stellar work with great attention to detail. Ryan is a problem solver - when we ran into a complication he was able to provide a creative solution that kept us within budget and actually made the final result look even better.
Ryan and his team were extremely respectful of our home - they prepped the hallway, stairs and bedroom to ensure no damage and tidied up at the end of everyday.
We love our new bathroom and will absolutely use Mangos Renos again.

We added a new bathroom to our top floor, the first person I contracted was the plumber, followed by an electrician and I needed a contractor who would work these individuals. I was deciding between Ryan and another individual- and I went with Ryan as I felt he would work better with the other two guys I hired.
I am glad I did. This was the easiest renovation experience. Communication was excellent, and unlike previous contractors I was able to focus on my 9-5 job instead of worrying about renovation issues.
Two concerns, I felt there was on overlap in cost for the heated floors (felt I paid the electrician and Ryan). As well we asked Ryan to add a closet –the cost of this closet was a bit more than expected. But everything else was perfect.
You will have no regrets if you hire Ryan. For our next Major renovation, if he is available, Ryan will be our guy!

I just today had Ryan here to do the above work for us. I cannot say enough about the wonderful workmanship that was done here. Ryan is a very personable gentleman. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will definitely be calling him again if I require any further work done at my home.

We had contacted Ryan to remove a wall between dinning & living room for an open concept look. He did a great job, was very clean and easy to work with throughout the process helped with selecting material and we would highly recommend him.

He replaced 8 columns in front of my house. Great workmanship. Takes pride in his work. Went out of his way to get hard to find parts to complete the job on time. Thorough explanation of work involved. Started and finished the job as planned. Honest, trustworthy, all round nice guy. Definitely will hire him on other projects.

| Warranty | WHAT IS COVERED Contractor warrants that the improvements constructed are reasonably free of defects and within customary tolerances of construction industry. “Customary tolerances of the construction industry†means tolerances common and expected in the construction industry and guaranteed to be performed by a skillful and professional contractor. This warranty also covers work under customary tolerances for all subcontractors and other trades people under contract with the Contractor, including the crew of the Contractor. Contractor further warrants and guarantees that the work reasonably conforms to the requirements of the contract documents, drawings, plans, and specifications. If any defects are found, contractor shall repair or replace any of the alleged defective work at its cost. The work to be corrected will be the particular part or area that is defective. Contractor shall start corrective work within a reasonable time after written notice from the owner. Contractor shall have the option of repairing or replacing, at its election. TERM OF WARRANTY—ONE YEAR This Warranty, as well as the statute of limitations for any claim of damages for defective work or materials, is one year from substantial completion, defined as the earlier of: 1) the date of final acceptance by the building inspection department, or 2) the date Owner first moves into the property. If Contractor performs warranty work within this period, this warranty shall be extended to the repaired or replaced work itself and be covered for one year after completion, as to that specific work. |
