Maple Ridge did a complete overhaul of my home and my outside patio, they did such an amazing and professional job everything was done to the 9s, very elegant and professional, went over budget but thats expected.

I hired Maple Ridge to complete an absolute gut and overhaul of my business. I chose maple ridge, as I have partners who have used the company to complete an overhaul of an area of their home, which looks phenomenal. They provided me with a very modern and sleek looking design. I provided an extremely tight time frame and Jordan and his crew was able to complete it in a very timely manner. The crew worked literally day and all hours of the night to complete the job. I did have some troubles contacting Jordan however, I am aware as a business person that they probably have more then one job here in the city. If they did have more then one job, I will say that they must have paused everything to complete this job as it was completed in a very efficient manner. I would recommend Maple Ridge to anyone.

Hired for a Reno project. Worst decision ever. Had to re -do a lot of there work. Horrendous job taping, unable to install subflooring correctly. Jordan is unable to reach and never returns calls, has a horrible reputation as a contractor in the city. Bounces cheques on trades constantly. Avoid at all costs.

Complaint: Polite guys, from what we could see on the job site, the work looked good.
We got hired to pick up a heavy item charged below cost because we wanted to see what our new lift truck was capable of.
They didnt pay the $100 invoice and it was impossible to reach them. With all the admin costs / dump fees this job cost us well over $200 just to do.
It was ridiculous how impossible it was to reach them. They paid a portion of the bill when we reached out to the home owner and asked them to see who are we dealing with. Fyi it was over 2 years after the work was done.
I want to point out that Im not sure why they would not pay of if they had problems with our service maybe something whet wrong but since it was impossible to reach them from multiple numbers we had literally nothing to work with.
We have been in business for over a decade and we find when people only respond to messages its because they owe numerous people money.
Everyone starts from somewhere I am reasonable but if someone won't communicate what can you do. Fyi we can see that the invoice had been viewed over 30 times they just simply ignored/ refused to respond. Its a $100 bill.

Complaint: Rented bins to Jordan, kept pushing back when he would pay, does not answer phone does not pay his bills ever.
Complaint: Jorden, cheque # 211 failed ---$1430 You have not replied back to my calls but I have hope things will work out. Tried many times to talk but you shut me down.
