I would recommend Markley Construction without any hesitation. I hired Markley Construction to rebuild my deck and patio and repaint the exterior of my home. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, gave good advice and created a beautiful deck and patio within my budget. Markley Construction doesn't just get the project done but does it well. The entire crew obviously knew their stuff and worked efficiently and effectively.

In addition, to completing the deck project, shortly after the rain started, my old drain tile overflowed and water started to leak into my basement. I asked Thomas if he could suggest an inexpensive and temporary solution to get me through the winter. Thomas came right away to have a look at the issue. He worked hard to find a good solution within my price range and repaired the problem areas in my drain tile in one day.These repairs went beyond my expectations and will last me for years to come. If you use Markley Construction, you can trust that you will get quality workmanship at a fair price.

Thomas Markley and his team were the best contractors that I ever engaged in over 40 years of property management! They arrived punctually every morning and had it all planned out including ordered materials for the entire week. We were very impressed by their efficiency and workmanship. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were indeed extremely lucky to find them. I hope we have a long future together in renovations.

We had our existing deck taken down as the supports had started to wrought and needed replacement, basically we had the entire deck re-built from the bottom up.

While the season was wet the construction team worked hard and did a great job in compleating the entire project.

Added to the new deck was cladding, stairs, lighting for both the deck and gardens huge increase in under deck storage. I would say that the construction team had our best interest at heart, we would certainly use this Contractor again!

The laminate flooring in our 7 year old townhouse was terrible, builder grade. We hired Markley Construction to put in new flooring. Thomas recommended the type of flooring we should purchase and he would then install it. The results are incredible. The workmanship is suburb and completed on time. We couldn't be happier with the results.
