My friend referred me to Markridge Group after they completed his basement finishing and kitchen renovation. I hired them for a large home renovation project. Some things I have to say about them is their communication was perfect which is what scares me the most about contractors after I’ve had bad experience in the past. They kept on schedule and did what a contractor should do. Their advice was amazing as they clearly know what they’re doing (again, what a contractor should do but hard to find) Anyways, I now have a company to help me with any future projects I have as well as recommend them to anyone.

It took a long time to find a trustworthy construction group to move forward with our very large project being a home addition. Markridge Group stayed on time, and maintained high quality as discussed. Everything else was amazing including the costumer service, payment structure etc.

Markridge Group did an amazing job on my home extension and basement finishing project.
Originally I hired them to take care of my home extension. They worked extremely quick maintaining above schedule which is rare to find in contractors. And the quality was amazing so I hired them as well for my basement finishing. Great company would 10/10 recommend.

We had a full renovation of our main bathroom.Markridge Group Construction was excellent. The contractors were always on time and very nice to work with. They were efficient and finished the bathroom way faster than anticipated. The design and materials are lovely. The finished bathroom is beautiful. We love the matte floor and the shower. The team excellent.

My kitchen needed remodeling work and the damage was visible. It had wear & tear and the counter top clutter was an irritating factor. This was the kitchen that I handed over to Markridge Group Construction for a total remodel. They gathered the permits and did the kitchen improvement work just as I wanted. I am happy would be using their services more in the future.

It took a very long time to find a trustworthy contractor to help complete our basement renovation project. Markridge Group was one company that stood out because they replied in a timely manner, and gave great input on ideas for the reno. We are currently in the process of the renovation and it is nearing completion. They are actually ahead of schedule and the job is being completed with amazing quality. We hired Markridge Group to help us renovate our basement in Bradford… When searching for a company we felt that many companies took too long to schedule meetings with us, get started and overall answer our questions. When speaking with the project manager of Markridge, we felt very looked after. The basement renovation was completed in the timeframe that was promised and in the quality that we expected.
