My wife and I bought a small but sturdy house in Lindsay's North Ward. Martin Winn gave us a very fair quote and we happily chose his services. He took extra time to make sure that the design of the extension was followed. He also used quality materials. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the kitchen pantry and pine stairs to the second floor. We will recommend him to anyone that needs a contractor to help with their building needs.

I was very satisfied with the quality of your work and also with the quickness of doing the job. Your quote was much better than any of the others I received. The building inspector was also impressed with how thorough a job you did compared to the standards the county expected. You were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend you to anyone I know who is looking for a good contractor or repairs on their home or cottage. Thanks for a job well done. Martin renovated our basement for us and did an excellent job. When we called him he was able to show up that night and give us a price that was on par with our budget. The job was completed in the projected time shedule and the quality of work was excellent. We had a great experience with Martin and felt he was honest, reliable and hardworking. We have since recommended him to friends of ours and will use his services for future renovations to our home.

We had Martin build 2 decks for us and gave him over $5000 in business and he has screwed my parents over big time, he fails to contact anyone back for follow UPS to make sure we are happy or upset. Martin does NOT back his work up nor will he fix issues that were made during construction without a fight or anything. My parent have communicated with Martin regarding a fix and he continues to provide excuses and or anything to avoid having to fix something that was their fault from the start.
My parents have now hired a lawyer and will be pursuing action against this company...
Take photos of all the work completed and during build as they miss tons of stuff and drink while on the job and then drive home and make sure you DO NOT have any picnic tables around or they will damage it and think nothing of it as that has happens to my parents.

I had Martin and his crew build me a 14/20 garage/shop. They did an excellent job. The shop looks great, I havent found any mistakes to date, They built it under budget and where very courteous of my plans and ideas. I will call them back agian when I plan to do my deck extention this summer and would reccomened them to anyone.
