We were very impressed with MLC Construciton/Renovations. Their honesty and integrity was very much appreciated. Not to mention the staff were prompt and courteous. We are a strata complex. We called MLC for a quote for replacement gutters. Of the 3 quotes we requested from various companies, Martin from MLC, when he came to inspect the building, was the only one who was honest enough to tell us that we didn't need new gutters and that we likely only needed to have them cleaned as they looked to be in good condition. He saved our strata complex literally thousands of dollars. When he came to do the work, he discovered that the gutters didn't need to be cleaned either! So he and his crew did some spot repairs where needed and gave us a portion of our deposit back! We are very grateful for the honesty and work well done. We hold MLC in high esteem and will call on them any time we can use their services.

First of all Martin arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. My wife and I are VERY impressed with the work done. Martin kept us informed throughout the job. There was an increase on the quote but it was EXPECTED and was no surprise. The work site upon completion of the job was left very clean. We will not hesitate to recommend Martin and we will definitely be using him again.

Martin did a wonderful job of repairing and reinstalling the oak handrail and newel post to our home's curved staircase. The job was small, but tricky! The newel post -located over a heat register - had to be supported on cantilevered blocking.

Martin brought his experience to bear on finding the right solution, and executing with efficiency and fine workmanship.

He arrived on time; had all the materials/tools needed; was courteous, completed the work within the estimated time, and left the site clean and tidy.
