Not good! Caught the boss and workers cutting corners, and the boss spinning stories like a weaving machine! These guys play the blame game in ways that are novel. They are dishonest and shoddy. They do not arrive on time and the integrity of their work is questionable. I literally had a headache when they finally left. They completed the job when they said they would...at least. Just waiting to see how long the job stands up.

Mastercrafts Roofing did my new roof and it is still under warranty. My roof was leaking recently and I was charged an exorbitant amount for calking around the chimney - a ten minute job.
This is very unfair and I should be given a refund. I have been calling the company to complain - no response to my calls. This is not the way customers should be treated.

Master Craft Roofers charges exorbitantly high and then does not respond to phone calls. He charged $725 for 20 mins job at my house (7 yrs old house bought from builder) for replacing 3 shingles which is four times more than other industry roofers. Please don't hesitate to contact me at dave@ustelelinks.com for any questions. I will show you all pictures of work done. I will recommend to never believe him and take at least 3-4 more quotes before assigning him the contract.
