We had to replace many walls and ceilings in our rental building due to the fire order. The work was done perfectly, on time and with reasonable price. Great communications with fire departments. It was pleasure doing business with.

Seriously and honestly, so happy with Matamoros Construction. Antonio and his team were promt, friendly, honest and extremely dedicated. I trusted them completely in my newly bought home. They even thourgh in some extras I didn't even ask for. Very kind and gentle with moving my stacked washer and dryer out of the way, taped and put up plastic so that dust would not spread throughout the house while sanding.

Finally, when I noticed some problems with the finishing, I asked Antonio to come and inspect it himself. He came the following morning after the job was done, and noticed things that we wasn't happy with, so he personally came with his crew and re did an corrected the work, there was no hesitation, he insisted even though I was satisfied, his goal was to make me extremely happy with the service.

I'm sincerely impressed with the customer service, Antonio and his team produced above and beyond my expectations.

Ceiling - A* - removed popcorn ceiling, installed drywall and plastered - excellent work, except I wished there wasn't so much dust!

Flooring - A - all good

Stairs -- A - worked hard to solve problems

Painting - A - Looks great.

Cleanup - F - every day we had to sweep, remove water bottles, bits of packing etc from floor. After work was completed we had to scrape paint off patio door frame, foyer tiles, clean bathroom floor.

Antonio and workers did a great job but need to work on daily and final clean-up!

I really appreciated Antonio and his team. They were very polite and courteous throughout the whole basement renovation process.

His attention to detail was excellent and he was always willing to listen to ideas and suggestions that were presented to him.

The timing of the work was right on schedule. At the beginning of the project we sat together and estimated the completion date and he was right on schedule even though some extra work was added. He also stayed on budget.

He and his team were very careful about dust and hung plastic wherever necessary and also covered the pre-finished stairs with paper to protect the carpet that was previously installed.

Antonio and his crew did a spectacular job for our legal basement suite renovation. This included framing, drywall, mudding, painting, and project management. His professional experience with dealing with building inspections and high quality of work makes him the ideal candidate for any job. Antonio always took care of everything, giving us as owner a true peace of mind. On top of that, he strives for excellence in everything he does and throughout the project, he continued to go above and beyond with quality finishes and details. We were super happy with Antonio's team work but even happier to have met someone with such a great heart and is truly a star model of construction industry.

Antonio and Diego took care of the entire job and what an outstanding job they did from start to finish. This included - framing and drywalling - painting walls and ceilings - removing the carpet floors and replacing them with laminate and painting the baseboards. They started each day at 8an and worked through to 5pm - they worked straight through until the job was done they never left the job. Each day they reviewed what they were going to do - they kept the work area clean and at the completion they took all the refuse to the the dump

Antonio and his crew did a full drywall installation of my basement along with framing for two separate rooms. The pricing provided was very fair, and his crew did a fantastic job with the installation and were very helpful in moving the furniture as needed. Without hesitation I would recommend Matamoros Construction for drywall and framing work. His crew was always punctual and courteous.
