Dani the Locksmith came in as discussed over the phone same day during lunch time, he fixed our office lock. The bolt that he supplied was even better than we had be4, also adjusted the wooden frame. This fellow is a very professional and quick, we did his job so fast, all was very clean left no mess, we could hardly now that he is there. I would definitely recommend his professional services!

I have an upvc door with a multi-point locking system, apparently not a lot of professionals can handle the locking systems in those doors, it a newer european lock systems considered a high security with an elegant touch, so long story short it stopped locking and got stuck, luckily I found Matrix Locksmith, their locksmith arrived to my house the same day of my call, was very informative and professional tech fixed the mechanism and the door is back to securely lock. I locked myself out of my own house forgot the keys inside the the lock was automatically locked! lesson learned! I called the nearest locksmith to my house in Toronto and luckily found Matrix Locksmith, very honest and professional team of guys, this time I requested an electronic keypad lock for my door with a key option, no more locking my self out of the house.
The immediately advised me with what i was looking for. The installation was very clean and price was fair, and the service was professional overall.

During Sunday, my front door lock came apart, and I needed an immediate lock to arrive for a lock replacement.

I liked with Matrix locksmith the fact that it was a very easy time efficient and a very reasonable priced!
I called them about my front door and garage door lock , just wanted to replace the whole handle and lock as well as match both door keys to have only 1 key to open both doors.
The locksmith explained everything very clearly gave me few options to choose from, had the work done same day of my call, very clean and COVID gear is on.
I would defiantly recommend their lock replacement services to my family as well !

I had my keypad locks working great, since I haven't used a key to lock my door, I suddenly realized that I have no idea where its actually is, the key is just incase if I do need to lock the door manually. Long story short, I called Matrix locksmith the guy came and recoded the lock cylinder and provided me with 2 new keys.
he was quick, affordable and professional, ill defiantly use their service again !

Matrix locksmith were excellent! I have emailed them a request for a quote to install an access control system in my business as I am back to the office and the lockdown was removed. It was time to upgrade our cameras and entry security.
I got a very detailed estimate also followed with a phone call, once the locksmith had arrived he was very knowledgeable, courteous and quick.

I had to change my front door lock due to lock not functioning well, had issues to lock the door constantly. Called Matrix locksmith to arrange a locksmith to my house, the guy came as scheduled, changed us the lock and also matched the new key to the back door lock so it would be easier for me to carry the keys.
Overall very happy with their lock change services.

I have a small storage in Toronto, but I live in Richmond Hill ... Long story short I have lost my key to the storage lock so I started to look for a locksmith, I wanted someone reliable as I store personal things in the storage and do not trust just a random someone to have access to it, so I have found Matrix locksmith, they have a local locksmith shop in Richmond hill all their vans are marked and the locksmith I spoke with was very trustfully and honest. he cam within the same day to the address i gave him, opened the door changed the lock and i got 2 keys.
