I contacted Max Appliance Repair for a fridge problem. A service pro, Vitali, arrived within a couple of hours. He identified the problem and was able to correct it within an hour. All good now. He was happy to save me the expense of spare parts. In short, he was super client oriented.

Maxim came to look at our dishwasher today and very quickly determined the problem. He fixed the issue and was extremely pleasant. Very polite and professional. 100% satisfied customer and I would highly recommend.

Sent a message via the online form, and got a call shortly thereafter. I explained my situation -- I had one error an attempted to take apart the dishwasher to resolve the issue, and now had a different error -- they said a tech would come next-day. Great.
Great communication, and arrived on-time with a mask. Then everything changed.
I re-iterated the situation to the tech who looked blankly and said "WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO"(verbatim). I explained I was looking for assistance in determining the source of the issue. He then began berating me, telling me I had created 'extra work for him'. I apologized, but expressed that I didn't appreciate the tone that he had with me.
He then got extremely upset and said what "tone". I explained that we should be working towards a solution together, and so he angrily yelled 'WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO'.
I then attempted to show the technician at minimum what I expected him to check, and the technician packed up his tools, and said we wouldn't be charged and to call someone else.
I then attempted to contact management at Max Appliance Repair, but after being told I could expect a call back from a manager by the name of 'Julia' within 24 hours. The company is now screening my calls and hanging up if I call them from a blocked number as soon as I explain my situation.
I have never in my life been verbally assaulted in my own home by a technician, and would not recommend this company under any circumstances.
