Maksim, a repair man with Max Appliance Repair in Ottawa worked on our dishwasher which was leaking. He did a great job replacing two pipes which had been damaged by mice. He also ordered a new light for our stove and installed it as soon as the part arrived. We were impressed by his work. Neat, quick and business-like and a pleasant personality.

Our dishwasher stopped draining on the day we were having 14 people over that evening. Called them and they send a fabulous technician (Vitaly) who came and got it running / draining and fixed a few other issues we had with the pull out rollers. Top drawer company. Vitaly was a real pleasure to work with.

Maxim had our dryer apart in no time at all (quite the feat with these new-fangled digital appliances!). He immediately pinpointed the broken pulley and belt system. He was very accommodating and swift and had the appropriate parts. He even mounted the dryer door on the reverse side at no extra charge, since it needed to be removed to reach the internal workings. When we were paying the invoice in the kitchen, he gave us a couple of hints for our refrigerator and stove, so that we could get additional life. We would definitely use MAX Appliance Repair in the future for fast and efficient service by experts!

I contacted Max Appliance Repair for a fridge problem. A service pro, Vitali, arrived within a couple of hours. He identified the problem and was able to correct it within an hour. All good now. He was happy to save me the expense of spare parts. In short, he was super client oriented.
