McNedra and team where very professional with the project from the first day they came to view the place. They handled all the permits paperwork flawlessly with the city and scheduled all inspections on time. The workers were professionals in their field. What i liked most was the fact that they assigned a dedicated project manager for the work. I only had to liaise with this person who listened to my concerns and made sure that my requests were implemented.
They also negotiated on my behalf favorably with the city to ensure that my project cost stayed within budget.
In the end, i only spent about 70% of the estimated project cost.
I will always recommend them to anyone who is looking to legalize their secondary suite.
