I had my driveway done by this company. This driveway work was done horrible. The stones are all uneven and proves very poor workmanship. Sand all washing out and sinking stones. I have been trying to contact the owner but with no luck of getting him to fix this nightmare. He makes false promises and full of excuses. He does not return calls or texts. He has calls forward to an answering service which sent him the message but doesn't care to return customers calls. I had no issues paying this man and all I would like is to get what I paid for with my hard earned money. I will surely be happy to post a positive review if he stands by his word and work.
This company absolutely terrible. The Owner, Dave, says he'll take care of his customers but the only thing he'll take is your money and then disappear. I so very deeply regret choosing MegaLoc for my project, it is one of the worst decisions I have made, second to giving them a large deposit. Each passing day the pit in my stomach gets deeper that they'll never be back and I was hustled.
It is very clear to me now they spend more time posting fake review than calling their customers back. Believe every negative review you read about these guys. From what has happened to myself and other people once the contract is signed, the trend seems to be: take contract deposit, show up & excavate, take large deposit, and leave you hanging. I trusted them and gave them that $4000 for my second deposit (plus $1200 initially on signing) and have very little faith they will be back at all. If you want to see additional reviews confirming what I have said here, look up their previous Homestars name under "Mega Interlocking", they have also gone by "Mega Stone". They do snow removal for which they've also received terrible reviews. There are reviews going back YEARS with the exact same thing I have mentioned. I'm pretty sure they're just going to switch names again and keep doing the same thing. I only wish I had known about this before giving them my hard earned money.
I found Dave's number and texting him repeatedly is the only way to get any sort of answer from the company. When he feels generous enough to dignify my calls/texts/voicemails with an answer I get a text saying the following "we are behind". Any other questions he flat out ignores me. I understand that there may be delays in any project, but Dave wont give me any other response. Do you have an estimated time? No answer. Will you finish this year? No answer. Absolutely the worst customer experience. All I have is a dug up lawn and the cold months are quickly approaching. The Better Business Bureau has received many complaints about these guys and will be receiving one more from myself. I personally know 2 other people in the same position as me. Please be warned, and do not give Dave and his crooked company any of your money!
Very satisfied with the work that Dave and his workers did at my house. My back yard looks amazing and the side and front of my house looks very very good.

This company is absolutely horrible at making commitments and then following through. We signed a contract at a fairly good price and they promised that they would have the job completed within 6 weeks. This contract was signed end of August. They came very promptly to dig but that is where it ends.
It is now the end of November, we have not personally heard back from anyone, their phone contacts are no longer in use for some reason, when we did speak to someone, they said that the stone was on back order. I am just appalled at the fact that no one has reached out to use. We are easy going people, we get it that sometimes things happen but we are left in the dark, with a disaster of a front yard and backyard, heading into winter, with two young children, worried about them tripping, slipping or falling on gravel and uneven ground. I would never hire this company again, I would never recommend this company again and I hope that they can sleep good at night knowing that they took a third of the money that was agreed upon for the job, which is worth more than what they actually did with the digging. I am disappointed, angry, mad and out of more money in the end now that I have to get another company to get the job done in the spring.
