I came across Mesa through google reviews and also a colleague who knew the owner Spencer Our renovation required a full rough in of 5 fixtures including moving a toilet moving a sink and moving a shower! The quote was well below what other companies were quoting which was great but it Spencer’s professionalism and his upfront, honest approach that sold us
During the job (2 months long) I was able to text Spencer with any questions I may have had and he usually answered with in minutes ! And always had “solutions” not excuses. He strives to make the home owner feel peace of mind where the plumbing/hvac is concerned.
Quote never moved and his team even did one extra small fix I wasn’t expecting.

I had issues with our plumbing in our house. I was referred to MESA Mechanical and I received a prompt response and a team of 2 showed up in two hours. 2 hours later my issue was fixed, cleaned and had hot water running again.
I called MESA again to have my garage heater fixed after I received a $$$$ quote to replace my unit. Mesa had it fixed in 2 days at a cost under $400!. They will always be my first call!

Appeared to know his trade but very unreliable. He ran the water lines and plumbed in the drain for the shower. He would commit to a day to return and that is the last I have seen him. I waited 2 entire days for him to show up to proceed to the next phase and never showed up. 2 days isn't a lot but it backs up the other contractors: ie drywallers and electricians. This 3 week project is now going into 4 months.Paid a half deposit for the job and regret it. House is in disarray. Had to let him go and try and find someone else.
