FRAUD- CONVICTED FRAUD
Do not hire, we got sold on his act and committed to having work done and gave $3000 deposit towards materials and job and he disappeared, we saw all these reviews unfortunately after and same story try’s to get 80% of cash up front saying for materials Ect. He came to home 3 times to measure Ect and even brought 2 different men and provided what looked like legit contracts but business address is totally made up. We have filed police report with Perl and google his name, he resides in Kitchener and was arrested by Hamilton police back in 2016 - see article online

And advertises on Kijiji - he changes business name and number after scamming tons of people - DO NOT HIRE and spread the word

The work Dennis did for us was above and beyond what I could ask for, the clean up afterwards was great too, nothing left behind.
The work of Dennis and his crew was professional and very well built. We had our entire interior stair case re-built and all the trim re done on our main floor of our 3200 square foot home in Burlington.
I would 100% recommend him and his crew to anyone I know

Don’t hire him he will take your money and you won’t hear back he was suppose to fix our stairs at our house and gave him 50% of the money for materials so he can order them, I called he was answering and kept pushing me off than all of sudden stopped answering. I called and reported him to the police, if this has happen to you as well report him to build a bigger case I reported him at rockwood opp.

Do not hire this guy. He will take your money and your possessions and run!!! We hired him to refinish our stairs and he told us we couldn’t be home due to the sanding and smell of stain etc. When we returned home and he was long gone we realized he had gone through every inch of our house and taken thousands of dollars worth of stuff. He has criminal charges everywhere. Theft, fraud, the list goes on and on. Be aware that his girlfriend also tries to get him business and should be trusted just as much as him!!!

Dennis (Marcus ) Rodriguez of Meticulous Stairs & Flooring is a fraud.
After viewing his ad on Kikjiji I contracted him to refinish my stair case, he sent me a contract before starting requesting a deposit "for materials" that says in the contract its "not refundable".
He delayed and delayed the starting date and finally stopped replying all together.
He refused to refund my deposit upon request, stating it's not refundable that he had "already bought materials in cash" and could return them. This was one of the many lies he told me
Don't be scammed. Don't have this guy in your home or pay him a penny.

There is always reason for low rating.
Simply do not hire them, they will take your money and gone.
2 weeks ago, I hired Dennis to install doors, baseboard trima and painting. He said it would be finished in 2-3days that was reason I hired him.
First mistake, I gave him, material cost and 50% of total cost, and guess what. He kept lying about starting date and even came late, installing only one door with casing, made damaged on my walls and floors, only working for 4 hours one day and after that he didn’t show up after he took my money, and he took his tools out, and he was threatening me that he was going to press charge on me if I didn’t give his tools back, what about my money? I fired him so he should give my money back.
I will press charge on him and claim to small court.
This guy is total scammer, stay away.
