When looking for someone to install ceramic tile flooring in our home we went to several different contractors, including the big name home stores. The quotes we received we're absolutely ridiculous when compared to Metro Home Improvements.
They were very professional right from the start. Showed up at the time they said they would. When quoting everything was detailed and easy for us to understand. Once work started, they were very professional, respectful of our property (making sure to cover any furniture so it wouldn't get dirty) Anything that needed our attention, they communicated. They were very knowledgeable when choosing the type of tile, quality and respected our budget. Overall we were very satisfied and still are.
Since our flooring, we have also used them for a deck install and are very happy with that as well. I have recommend them to family and friends.
