When i first bought my house i bought flooring from them and get there company to install it. And i fought with them because the intaller could never be on time or would call me 2 hours late and told me he wouldn't be able to make it. And after the install was done it was grabage work there are part of my flooring the you can still see the subflooring. The carpet rips apart and they "were going to put a clame out for it". Well 5 years later im still waitimg to hear back from that clame i eventually gave up because they had already got my money so they dont care about me. 5 years later my Steam of my laminate all are coming apart so i asked the lady if they were going to be warranted because there are even coming apart in a low traffic places. And the manager made it seem like it was and said he was going to come in and do it nexe week. Well 2 weeks later i call we are on 2 different pages going to charge me $300 fpr this say cant warrant it after 5 years. This company is absolutely ridiculous and they are the reasons I will never hire another company to do anything for me again.
we had a flood ,hired by the insurance company. Flooring has many cuts ,was told 3/8 sub would be used they put 5/16 instead, had staples come threw flooring took just about a year for the repairs, some crack were sealed which now leave high gloss lines in certain lighting conditions, this was suppose to be completely new flooring, but after 1.5years it looks like its been there for 20 plus years.Have contacted company trying to get this replaced, was told.NO we didn't do that..Also still waiting to have the flooring installed into a bedroom which Michaels was told by insurance it would be paid for as of yet and countless times on my behalf of actually going to the company have yet to have this ever done
