We hired Mike to convert our garage into an office/studio when we first moved in. It was a tall order but we had a vision that Mike was all to willing to tackle. He was attentive, imaginative and practical when we told him what we hoped could happen in this space. He arrived every day on time and left at the end of the day with his tools and supplies nice and neat and cleaned up after himself. He was honest when he didn’t think something would work and was willing to come up with ideas that would be a better choice. He worked by himself and because of that we expected a longer timeline but it was well worth the wait! Highly recommend.

We had our bathroom renovated by Mike . He was a professional gentleman. His service was top notch and gave excellent advise. His work was precise and neat. The work was completed as per contract and was completed ontime. We will be having him complete other jobs in the future. I would highly recommend Mike to our friends.

Mike was prompt in his communication and work ethic. He strategically planned our entire before he started and stuck to the timelines that we discussed.
Everyday he left our house clean and was very respectful of our space! He did great work on our flooring, painting, cabinetry, appliance installation and smaller repairs. His work is good quality and thorough which is hard to find these days!

We (very thankfully) found Mike a few years ago when we were in search of a contractor to complete our unfinished basement.
We had a design in mind, and Mike helped us every step of the way with input to make our vision we initially had even better. He built us two bedrooms, a bathroom and a rec room.
Along the way we changed some finishes, made some minor tweaks and Mike accommodated everything, and was happy to do so! His communication along the way put us at ease.
Everyday, he was on time, on budget, trustworthy and all around was fun to have here. Our whole family got to know him and it was bittersweet when he was complete as we wouldn’t see him anymore; he is an amazing guy.
The basement turned out better than we envisioned, and to this day, so many people comment on his impeccable finishing work, attention to detail and design.
We were so happy, we decided to Reno our upper bath a year and a half later. Same result. On budget, on time, overall amazing.
We are so thankful to have found Mike and constantly recommend him to friends, family, and anyone looking to have any work done.

Customer must advise of any defect(s) within 15 days of discovery of the defect(s) or within 15 days from the time that the Customer ought reasonably to have been aware of the defect(s).
