Chris willingly arrived on a Saturday, and did a complete assessment of this very large door, checking out all the hinges, rollers, cables, weatherstripping, and the automatic opener.
He made several very effective adjustments, keeping me fully informed on what he was doing and why, and readily answering all my questions in the process. The door now opens and closes so silently that it sounds like new.
Not once did Chris try to “up-sell” me with a new door or opener. His clear goal was to understand and solve my problem in my best interests. He helped explain things to look for in the future that could guide good decision-making if I eventually were to seek new product.
It was an absolute pleasure to encounter such skill, knowledge, and customer service from a young man who’s genuine courtesy was so very refreshing. He has won a customer for life, thanks to what he can do, how well he does it, and how much trust he engenders.
