He came to fix my fridge and I don't know what he did in 5min and he said its fixed, after a few days I noticed the fridge is not fixed and got 140 from me. Originally suppose to charge 80.
When I called him. he is not taking any responsibility and ignoring my call. I had bring another repair man again to fix the issue.
He is not reliable and steals your money.

I called to have a broken belt replaced on a washing machine. Matthew came to look at the job, said "yes you have a missing belt." He charged $90 for the service call, said he had to order the part and left. I called him 4 days later to inquire about the part and was told the price would be $387 to install the belt. Matthew would not tell me the breakdown of material and labour. I ate the first service call and called someone else. WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE REP, TERRIBLE BUSINESS MAN - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
