This is the second time we have hired Les Zwierkowski and his team to renovate our home, and the results this time were even more amazing! They have transformed our home into a fresh, modern space. Les removed the load-bearing wall dividing our kitchen and dining room to give us a more open, airy and much larger kitchen space. He built a very strong support beam above the ceiling, so that there are no seams visible. Janusz did an outstanding job with the tile work and backsplash, Viktor did a perfect job with the mudding and painting, and Walter installed the numerous potlights throughout in an evenly linear pattern, illuminating our beautiful home so that it sparkles. Les was also able to move the plumbing in our cramped powder room to change the orientation of the toilet, providing more space. They also repaired water damage in our upstairs ceiling. They stayed on time and within budget. We highly recommend Les and his MLY group team!

MLY Group did a fantastic job completing the emergency repair and installation of my new front door unit, as part of an insurance claim. They turned a difficult situation in an easy and seamless process for me. They are professional, friendly and trustworthy. Les Zwierkowski did an amazing job on our 2 bathrooms renovation project. He is a true professional, highly skilled and dedicated to providing excellence in customer satisfaction. We presented Les with our "wish list", realizing that our bathrooms presented constraints due to current layout. Les came up with a plan to expand the showers in both bathrooms, providing a more 'open' look by utilizing glass walls. The end result looks amazing. Les and his team completed the work on time and within budget. He also helped us with some other issues in our home, and was always ready to answer any questions or concerns. As much as I had some negative and not very committed service from some contractors, contrary to that I find the service and quality of job rendered by MLY company represented by Mr Zwierkowski and Mr Dekker is indeed exceptional. They deliver what they promise, listen and accomodate customer's requests and do their best to make the project a pleasant experience for us.

I met with Les after a referral from another contractor I found on TrustedPros. I had received five estimates and met with four contractors. Three of the estimates came very close to my budget. I was very upfront about what I could afford so staying within my budget, while ensuring that this was going to be a job done well was very important. What won me over with Les was his knowledge about the work, attention to details as evident in the estimate, and his easy demeanor. Not for a second did I doubt that I had made the right choice. Les and Mark are consummate professionals who took great care in the work that they did to build my bathroom. The team of workers were all licensed and bonded. I was kept informed at every stage of the work, and Les always wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything. My bathroom is the highlight of my home. I invite my neighbours and friends to see it and they all say the same thing, "Great Work!" Five stars all around and a huge "Thank You" to Les and Mark. I highly recommend them.
