Joe and his team were amazing supporting us with a large basement renovation. They completed a large rec room, beautiful bathroom and two bedrooms for us. MNH Construction Inc renovated our home from top to bottom! We fully demolished the inside and renovated our kitchen, two bathroom, added vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling fireplace, main floor laundry and master suite walk in closet. In addition, we added a three season sunroom, Trex decking and third garage bay. We also had MNH update our exterior - see photos on the website. We get tons of compliments on the work performed and couldn’t be happier. The team was clean, professional and truly cared about the project. In the spring/summer of April, 2019, my wife and I had Joe and his team of professionals at MNH construction complete a large scale renovation of our basement and deck. The workmanship was superb over an array of trades and features that included a master guest bedroom, office, cold pantry, kitchen, two bathrooms, sauna, plant area as well as the addition of two walkout stairwells. Each member of the team is truly a craftsman. I would not only heartily recommend them to others, but will definitely welcome them back again to work on future projects.

Basic framing problems

Eaves and fascia was a MESS, will have to be redone as they won’t come to fix things.

Siding install is terrible, Maibec has voided my 35 year warranty.

Absentee Owner. Walks away from the contract once u hand over $$ and leaves the goons to work at their own pace and NO QUALITY CONTROL
