I met Michel in a bit of an unusual situation. We needed to have our heater/AC fan blower replaced a few months back and this meant the contractor needed to cut a few pipes to our water heater but said we'd have to hire someone else to fix them later. This was during a heat wave and we just wanted our AC back so we agreed. However, I called around to a number of plumbers and they all wanted to charge me a super high fee just to come and look at it. So one day I saw Michel sitting in his van near our house (finishing up another job) and decided to ask him if he fixed pipes. I started to try and explain the situation and he simply asked to come look at it. 30 minutes later he had fixed the pipes, used better material than what was previously there and charged me a fraction of what others were quoting. I was super impressed with his preparedness and also his overall friendliness and professional manner (even my dog liked him). He made sure to show me that there were no leaks and made me test the heating system to make sure everything was working before he would sign off on it. I would highly recommend Michel and will definitely keep in mind for our next project!

Michel, supplied us with sample tiles as the tiles we originally picked ended up discontinued. His samples were amazing and we chose from one of them. Michel did a fantastic job, we were thoroughly impressed... the work was done quickly and efficiently and the work area was clean and tidy. MNM Contracting was originally recommended to me by another contractor when I inquired about hardwood floor installation. Since then I have had Michel renovate 2 bathrooms, put in a deck, reface a stone fireplace and update a staircase for me in addition to helping me with various handyman services. I found Michel to be a skilled and reliable professional and the quality of his work is impressive. I have recommended him to various friends who have all been extremely happy with the outcome. Would definitely have Michel do further renovations for me.

Michel did our basement flooring in a laminate that resembles hardwood. His work is absolutely fantastic. The area done was over 1,000 square feet and Michel worked diligently until the work was finished. Not only was the work perfect, he was also always very punctual. He is one of the few contractors that we have had (and we had a few) that if he says he is coming at a certain time - you can count on him being there. I would not hesitate to hire Michel back.
