We had Modern Heating out to install a new Lennox furnace. We shopped around and went with them because they are local, friendly, price was fairm. Plus they have been doing this for a very long time in the area.
From start to finish - salesman was pleasant, honest - Installers were friendly, clean and did a fantastic job as well
10/10 will always recommend them!

The service guys have been absolutely wonderful, very friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and like-able. I would give actual service 5 stars our of 5 stars.
However... the actual furnace we purchased new from them in Sept 2012 is an absolute LEMON! It is the AireFlo95AF series... I trusted blindly that I would be buying a high quality product but this has cost us over $700 in maintenance and repairs in under 3 years! If you plan to buy this particular model (which I strongly advise against because the pressure switch is notorious for being faulty) be sure to purchase Modern Heatings $230 annual coverage plan too - you're going to need it or end up paying big bucks like we've had to. :(
