Siris and his team exceeded every expectation. They are extremely professional, and the quality of their work is excellent. We were amazed at how much they accomplished within a week. The price was fair, and we appreciated how transparent Siris was with material costs, etc. - we really felt we got what we paid for! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again, or recommend them to friends and family. I also appreciated how clean my house was after each work day! The entire project was enjoyable and stress free.

I’m very pleased with the result of my bathroom renovation. The service was outstanding. Siris and his crew were always professional, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. As with any reno, there were unexpected issues. Siris was adaptable and helpful in finding resolutions. I will very likely use them again in the future and would definitely recommend them. I’ve had a number of disappointing experiences with other contractors lately. This was a terrific experience.

Modern Homes Contracting was definitely a huge life saver! We came home one day and noticed that we had flooding in our basement. We contacted Modern Homes Contracting and they responded to us super quickly and was able to come within a reasonable time. Not only did they fix the water damage but they made our basement look so much better than before. We will definitely use Modern Homes for any future renovations we have!
