We needed to fix the floor in our shower. The floor was very uneven and the tiles weren't grouted properly.
We called Delon and he was here the next day to give us an estimate. He offered several solutions and we found his prices to be very reasonable.
As we will be moving soon, we decided to repair the floor rather than do the entire new shower.
Delon was here within a few days to start work. Unfortunately, he found some damage behind the tile during the demo process which took an additional day to fix but we were very glad he pointed it out and fixed it properly. Things needed to be done in stages, as there was drying time etc involved but the work was done as quickly as expected.
We were thrilled with the new floor!
We would recommend Modern Tile and Home Solutions and we would use them again!

| Warranty | All tile installations by Modern Tile & Home Solutions come with a 1 Year Guarantee, free from defects resulting from poor installation workmanship. The Warranty will cover the replacement of any loose tile or grout due to improper installation for up to 1 year. Warranty will cover replacement of any cracked tile or grout due to improper installation for up to 1 year. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the materials required to complete the repair. Modern Tile & Home Solutions will only cover the labor costs but not the materials costs. It is recommended that the customer purchase extra tiles to keep for future repair, incase of future damage caused by the customer or possible workmanship flaws. Bathroom renovation warranty will cover leaks in tiled showers that have been completely prepared by Modern Tile & Home Solutions, due to improper installation for up to 1 year. The Bathroom renovation warranty will be voided if shower was not completely prepared by Modern Tile & Home Solutions. A completely prepared shower includes install of new drywall/denseshield, pan/mud bed, curb, waterproofing, niches and tile Installation. Modern Tile & Home Solutions will provide a recommended option, as well as economical options based on the customers budget. Modern Tile and Home Solutions can only honor warranty claims that have workmanship defects on jobs completed through the recommended option. In order to process warranty claims the customer must contact Modern Tile & Home Solutions and provide details of the issues, along with proof of installation; a copy of the sales invoice must be provided. Warranty claims will not be processed without a copy of the sales invoice. |
