Monster Renovation

We recently used Gus from Monster Renovation and we were very pleased with the quality of his work. He was very professional and I felt confident in his ability to get our jobs done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use Gus again in the future.

After getting several quotes on a major renovation project we moved forward with Gus and Monster Renos. His pricing was fair and we had the most confidence in his knowledge, experience and work based on his prior projects. He was upfront in explaining options and what was realistic within the budget. Gus and his team were at our house for 9 weeks and we got to know him and his crew very well. They were conscientious, clean and organized and minimized the mess and disruption as much as possible. They clearly communicated the job status and any challenges along the way and the project moved along very smoothly. Equally important, they finished the job on time and on budget with no surprises. We were extremely happy with the workmanship and final results and would highly recommend Gus and Monster Renos and will use them again for future projects.

We contracted Monster Reno to renovate our whole house including the odd shaped kitchen which involved demolition of wall and making it an open concept. We contacted other top rated companies before him however were very unsatisfied. In my opinion don't trust "General contractors", meet or work with the person who will be present and working at the job site. After our first meeting with Gus we were very sure that he will do a very good job because he was very thorough with the measurements and asked all the relevant questions so we were sure that we will receive quote for the work that needs to done not an exaggerated one (which we got from some other contractors)

We contracted Gus and his team to renovate our U shaped kitchen workspace with opposite pantry /fridge area. We used Ikea replacement cupboards. I outlined the job at time of the quote and asked for a follow through until completion. We had cupboard removal and assembly, electrical, Plumbing, Paint and tile work all completed on time and on budget. They did a great job willing to work though any issues as they came up. We had a small issue at the end of the job and they fixed what we wanted no problems. Quality and workmanship were very good and we love the end results. Thank you Trusted Pros for being there and having Monster Renovations available to us. I highly recommend their services.We will call on Gus again.

Gus is excellent. He and his electrician relocated several pot lights and added a new one to a stair landing in our new home and Gus completed all the patch work. Gus was very responsive, completed the job quickly, left no mess, and did an excellent job. Recently Gus helped install a range hood and will be helping install some custom cabinets we are having made. I would highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future.

Highly recommend this company. Extremely reliable, completes work within a given timeline and within budget. Our home looks better than expected. Gus is a true tradesmen and it was a pleasure working with him. I will definitely be using Monster Renos for future projects within our home and I would refer him to anyone.

It was a pleasure working with Gus and his sons on our major renos. Our hardwood floors and foyer look amazing!

We had used Monster Renos previously, so making the decision to call Gus again was easy. He completed a number of jobs around the house for us including installing closet doors, repairing my daughter's door, assembling and installing a cabinet, repairing holes and damage to our ceiling, switching light switches and a few more. Gus and his son arrived on time each day and the jobs were completed flawlessly. Gus is now quoting our bathroom as we wouldn't ask anyone else to work on our house.

When we met Gus from Monster Renovation we immediately knew that he would give us what we were looking for. We had a load bearing wall removed and he did a fabulous job. We had tried other companies before him and felt that our concerns were not being addressed properly. Within a couple of days my trust and confidence grew and I knew that the job was going to be to the highest standards.
