I found Mr. and Mrs. A Plumbing & Heating Inc while searching for a plumber for the Palgrave area. I received exceptional customer service and skill from the onset of my phone call, to the result of having the septic pump replaced & having a new kitchen faucet installed. Nina spent a good 45 minutes with me on the phone, fully understanding the issue & providing an approximate quote for the repair, all before even knowing that I would engage them for their services. I am truly impressed and thoroughly satisfied. They arrived to complete the job even faster than I anticipated. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up after the job was finished. They walked me through the work they had done and I felt like I had known them for years! I highly recommend this company to do any kind of plumbing job you need done. You will not be disappointed. The kitchen faucet installation was a side job that I had wanted done, and they completed the installation quickly and thoroughly. She even took the time to teach me about baseboard heating as well! I highly recommend this company.

The bathtub, when used for showering, used to leak from downstairs. Mr & Mrs Plumbing came and figured out the issue and fixed it for us. We really appreciated the approach in terms of deducing what the root of the problem was and spent time to understand the problem. They were extremely professional and genuinely nice people. I have already referred them to me friends and family!

I have use Mr and Mrs plumbing & heating Inc for multiple jobs at home and my restaurant and I will never call anyone else ever again. They were quick, clean and on budget.

Are definitely true to its name. My drain was completely block and not at all functional. When I called then they asked if I need someone to come out the same day (it was evening). I declined since it wasn't really an emergency, just a huge inconvenience. The plumbers were phenomenal!! They went above and beyond to help me, were knowledgeable, efficient and very reassuring. We are members and so the price point was amazing to boot.

I am extremely impressed with this service! I would recommended to Anyone!!

Extremely impressed. They are absolutely knowledgeable with what they are doing. Very efficient, and they get the job done in a time efficient manner. Best part they are professional and love what they do. They are my go to when I have any issues with either my plumbing or heating ! You guys are great. Thank you, everything is working out fantastical without us worrying about a leak in the basement.
