Last week (July 12, 2010), I worked with Nick to demolish and remove an old wooden gazebo that is attached to our house as well as get rid of a large picnic table, an attached wooden bench, and a lot of junk from our house and garden. I received 4 estimates, including Nick's, and decided to work with him not only due to his competitive price, but also due to his professionalism, courteousness, detailed assessment of the work to be done, and clear explanations of what he was going to do. Even though we had a short timeline for this demo and removal, he came with a crew member in the morning and finished the job within 3 hours, a bit faster than what he had previously expected. Nick was thorough, even with the electrical issue, and made sure that the side of the house was not damaged by the bolted roof and bench. He even took out some of the broken concrete blocks on the ground, and replaced them with extras that we had. He and his crew cleaned our side yard, and disposed of all the debris. It certainly helps that he has his own large truck for these types of job. I am very happy with the work that Nick has done, and plan to work with him again in the future.
