MSD Contracting LTD. was contracted for main floor renovation including kitchen. They demonstrated professionalism from start to finish. They were very responsive and delivered the required tasks that were time sensitive to stay in schedule. They fix problems that arose from previous hired contracting company for this project. There were small issues and delayed on the kitchen products to complete the renovation. The team were willing to collaborate and were able to resolve issued. The best description of the MSD Contracting LTD in our experience is the team with diverse professional experienced trade that are very dedicated and passion on what they do.

I invited half a dozen contractors to obtain a quote and understand the timeline for deliverables.
Narrowed down to two. One of them was finicky about engineering reports and official drawings, and then completely disappeared and went to work on another project.
So the one left was MSD Construction. The owner has the team in place of different trades, the price was very reasonable and timeline for deliverables was set as well.
It was a large project - the whole house remodeling, walls removals, pillars, bathroom moving, kitchen, floors, ceiling, stairs... They came and did the job on time and on budget. And when faced with surprises (which always will happen when you take down walls), they managed them in a timely manner and still within budget.
Awesome job! I highly and personally can and will recommend.

We are very happy with our new basement. Its beautiful and just what we have always wanted. Drago was always aproachable and took care of any questions or concerns. We look forward to when we have our ensuite bathroom renovated.
