We were very happy with the service. From initial (free) assessment to explaining how to inspect and clean the backwater valve, everything was smooth and professional. The team works very fast and efficient. We had a sump pump installed for which they had to dig a lot. They did that fast, and they cleaned up nicely after finished their work. We highly recommend them.

My basement cement block wall was slowly leaking into my finished rec room drywall and onto my wall to wall carpeting. This was very prominent this spring and in my opinion needed substantial work to stop the leaking and mould.

Pavel assessed the problem and recommended trenching down 6 or 7 feet. When the walls started collapsing on the workers in the trench, a backhoe was called in and the trench widened substantially. This created another problem necessitating breaking and removing cement flooring. Putting in a line from the exterior wall to the existing sump pump was required.

Throughout all this additional work and costs,Pavel was always available and supportive. He was upfront with additional costs and time lines. Much work was required to renovate my backyard and my rec room. But this had nothing to do with his work and I respect his honesty and integrity.

I cannot say enough about the fast service call and repair.

It took several days to arrange a mutually compatible time. There were communication problems too, resulting in having to send a second plumber after the first one left during a misunderstanding. (I wanted him to wait a moment while I consulted my wife on one point and he thought he was dismissed.)

The good news is the work was completed in a highly satisfactory manner, although I think the cost was somewhat steep.

Decided to finish my basement. Needed to have a shower and toilet put into the concrete floor. The work was excellent and was done in no time at all. Could not be happier. Would highly recommend. Thank you
