Look no further! Master Inspector, Pantelis is the most thorough, professional and passionate inspector I have ever had the privilege to know. We contacted him for a pre-purchase inspection and from the start, we knew we were in good hands. It was obvious from our first phone call that he knows his stuff! We were very apprehensive about buying a home without warranty but we felt relief when we saw him in action. His attention to detail is truly remarkable. He explains his findings and concerns along the way and even followed up with an in-person meeting to go over the whole report and answer any questions we had. Outstanding inspection experience as a first time buyer. Pantellis works with so much passion and dedication beyond expectations. He uses latest technology devices such as drones and multiple detectors for potential defects not visible to the eye.
