Simon and his team did a fantastic job installing our interlocking patio and walkway. From the very beginning of the project Simon did an excellent job of communicating and breaking down the cost structure along with the construction process of our walkway and patio. He was very professional and honest. When a couple of unforeseen circumstances came up Simon was quick to offer alternate solutions and cost effective options. Even with the bad weather delaying the process they were still able to complete the process in a timely manner and within budget. I would highly recommend MVR Landscaping and will definitely hire them again for future needs.

Simon and crew did a great job!
They did my my sides, back patio and front walkway
Around 2500 sq ft total plus 120 ft retaining wall.

Job was done last summer and every stone is perfectly in place after the winter..
This was a big job, due to grading and my pie shape lot there was a lot of intricate cuts
But they were able to stay close to budget ...he even did a half day free labour to make up for the extra time it was taking to cut every stone ....which help keep my protect my budget
Things I liked
When they started the job they stayed till finished not working on more than one job at a time....
Discussed any over runs of problem ahead of time
They did not cut corners and dug the proper depth which is essential to long term satisfaction
Overall I saved about 15 percent but I know things were done correctly and not rushed as with the bigger guys who do a job in a day or 2 and leave....many big companies sub contract out their work to smaller guys so not always bigger is better
Worked out like this for me per square feet....remember my job was complex

(bins, gravel etc poly sand edgers etc)

Bottom line is I know job was done properly and not rushed and I know the quality of material as I purchased it
I took a chance as I wasn't happy the quality of work being done in my neighbourhood l, newer neighbour hood in creditridge Brampton

Simon was a pleasure to deal with. We had a big job for him involving replacing the existing stamped concrete driveway with new interlocking stones. The project took almost 2 weeks to complete from start to finish and involved many complications but Simon was great in keeping us posted on the situation. Due to unforeseen circumstances the cost of the project was creeping above our initial budget. Simon was very good at offering practical solutions to ensure we maximize the outcome while containing costs. I would highly recommend Simon and his team and would use them again in future projects.

Simon and his guys are very professional and trustworthy. Before Simon, I had three other contractors lined up for this job and no one could find the time to do it probably because it was a low profit gig. Simon put me on a list and was fixing my front step a week later. Took him a day to gut old step and replace with new stone. Did all the work while I was at work and never asked for $ up front. I would recommend him to anyone. Definitely will have him back next year to fix my garden walls. Needed the step done ASAP with winter coming.
