From the first point of contact till completion of the roof repair - Martin & his crew were respectful, diligent and followed safety protocols as I watched them work non-stop throughout the day. I hired Nailed It Roofing & Construction based on referrals from neighbors who spoke highly of this company and upon speaking with Martin - I quickly realized that this company has great hiring practices. Martin talked me through the process, answered all my queries and was thorough in the pricing breakdown. Pictures before and after including aerial shots were provided. We called Nailed It after experiencing a major leak from our very old roof (after a bad rainstorm). They were the only company to come out when we needed them and because of that the next rainstorm did not produce any more leaks BUT we knew that the roof was past its' prime.
We decided to finally get that roof done and so did our neighbours with Nailed It! Everything went smoothly that day. We received a reminder that day before, they arrived on time, they moved some outdoor furniture we forgot to move, laid down tarp around the house to catch debris and cleaned up along the way so that at the end of the day it was like they weren't there.
Even the administrator who coordinated the invoice, dates etc was 100% professional and very helpful.
All in all a great experience and I highly recommend these folks!
