We have had this father & son team do a few hot water tanks for us in a couple of houses in recent years and most recently a new furnace install. Their prices are good and their service is above and beyond. They go out of their way to accommodate. They are very professional, neat and tidy and respectful to not damage your house. When they left , it was though they hadn't even been here - the house was left neat & tidy without any mess for us to clean up whatsoever. Should also mention that they quote what the cost is and they say they don't have added fees - they were legit - no added fees whatsoever. It's nice to have a company that you don't have to worry about hidden fees or small print - rare these days it seems. Would highly recommend them and we do! Thanks Mark & Rick!

These guys are really good! I had my water heater leaking (just dripping) and needed a plumber. I called around and Nationwide Home Plumbing quoted a great price and were able to come in next day. They were professional, recommended a replacement and provided a great price. They were on time and made sure everything was protected so it would not get damaged or wet. They explained how everything worked and were able to save me more money with a Fortis rebate which they filled out for me. If you want a team that takes care of the details, these guys do it. Highly recommended.

These guys made this as painless as could be, and left everything cleaner than it was when they got here (kind of embarrassing but true). I didn't know about the Fortis rebate until they filled out the paperwork for me, that was over and above. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them and have already passed their contact to a couple friends.

I am so happy with the service provided by Rick and Mark. They arrived at our house on time, they were efficient and tidy and really friendly. I appreciate as well that they filled out the paperwork for the Fortis rebate.

We had a hot water heater installed today and when this company turned the water back on, a pipe started leaking in two different places. There were no leaks prior to them working on the tank. They fixed one leak and said they did not have time to fix another leak. They were late for another appointment. They said for me to call a plumber in to fix the pipe. This is their job. They are supposed to be a licensed plumber and gas fitter. We are paying for the new tank and for the installation of the tank. Therefore, if there is a leak in a pipe, that wasn't there prior, they are to fix it. The leak is a direct result of their workmanship. My husband called them again to get them to come back and fix the problem and they refuse. They said they would charge us more and we are in Maple Ridge and it was too far to come. When I hired them I told them we located in Maple Ridge and they said not a problem. A Terrible company with absolutely no customer service.
