The rooms were left in more of a mess than I would have liked and there was no follow-up following installation about our level of satisfaction with the job.
To Harry. We are very sorry about your experience with our company . We always try to complete jobs on time , In this case i do remember calling you asking if it would be a problem to postpone install until the following Monday due to my installer asking for an extra day off to spend with family at the cottage . When i asked you if this was ok you said it was no problem . As far as a mess left behind you never mentioned anything to me until a week later . I'm sorry but if i had been informed immediately i would have come over personally and cleaned anything up . Andy my installer has been installing for me since i have opened i have known him for approximately 23 yrs now have have never known him to leave a mess behind , carpet fibres are however something that comes from cutting carpet to size of room this is impossible not to happen when we install. He does however leave behind any pieces of mat size in case customer would like to have any mats bound at a later date . Sorry he does not carry a vacuum on hand . As far as the door being left unlocked that is something that should not have been done and installer has been told . Thank you for your review this helps us to stay on top of things .
