Josh and New Era were lifesavers. My house exterior had been partially painted by real scam artist.It was poorly painted, where it had been painted. Excess spray was everywhere....flooring, furniture, railngs. Josh's crew totally repainted and cleaned up the mess created by the scammer. Now the house looks great. I definitely recommend this company. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Needed to obtain a few quotes on painting that were needed in the entrance to our building. I was advised that this company had obtained a very large contract across the street and contacted the company for a quote. I received the quote right away and the work was started and completed in one day. The painter on site was very experienced and professional, would refer this company to anyone that needed a great paint job, professional and experienced workers.

My first encounter with Josh Lance gave me the impression that he was honest. He had a couple of workers at the start ..then lost one..Josh did help but most of the remaining work was done by one person who also left the company. My baseboards were removed and painted outside because I had flooring installed..I was charged $100. But the baseboards were not properly removed as a screw driver was used and caused extensive large holes. Josh said the holes would be covered up.. didn't want to repair the holes. The baseboards were painted and left outside causing warping and paint peeled. Josh said he would come back to fix it..then he also said he could replace the tiling at my front entrance. He had 2 people chip away the stones tiles with a piece breaking my front window and ended up going too far and destroyed the wood base causing a gigantic hole and saw dust covered all the food stage below. The mess was never cleaned up and it took me hours to clean. Once rebuilt the new tile wasn't completed around the edges..he was supposed to do my bathroom floor and said he needed another $1000 to get supplies..then after paying him in cash he never came back. The outdoor painting didn't even last a year..he said he was busy with new contracts and would come back but never did. Don't be fooled by the nice guy act! I won a lawsuit against him..'

We were re-doing all of our floors in our home (hardwood, ceramic tile, carpeting) and we had Maksim in to provide an estimate. From the beginning we had ideas on how we wanted to proceed, but were looking for expert advice on all aspects of the job. Maksim not only provided this, but provided a fantastic quote as well. Through the project, Maksim managed all subcontractors - making it very easy for us as we were managing a busy schedule. More importantly, Maksim took a three week job and condensed it into a week to ensure it was the least disruptive possible to our lifestyle. Kudos to Maksim for an outstanding and highly professional job - expertly done right down to the smallest details!
