DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
As this is a long drawn out situation (Aug - Present) I will do a TLDR; approach via bullet points. I am willing to provide all emails via the situation between Grimsby Power, myself, my insurance and New Hues Insurance should you question the authenticity of my review.
>End of August: GPI hires painting company to paint outside of building. No notification of painting date was provided by GPI or New Hues.
>Paint blew to all 18 employee vehicles in the hot sun, baking on white paint - industrial grade.
>New Hues employee was advised by GPI employee that not only were the employee cars covered in paint, so was his brand new black acura. The employee had a temperantrum and left worksite to wash his car without notifying anyone at GPI other than the employee who advised him of this.
>GPI employees moved cars and assessed damages. GPI employees were instructed by GPI to obtain a quote for damages from a certified body mechanic.
>GPI employees provided quotes for repairs to CEO of GPI who then in turn handed to New HUES.
>New Hues was declined by its insurance company Gore to repair damages as this incident was caused by negligence and improper working conditions - including safety and undue care.
>New Hues is now refusing to provide compensation for damages and is telling all parties to go through their insurance. This will cost all GPI employees deductibles at their own expense. New Hues is refusing to pay for the deductibles.
>GPI employees are now forming group Civil suit to recover damages.
>Things to note: NHP did not come equipped with scaffolding, traping, proper PPE for employees or proper painting equipment. It is likely, they are under insured as well. As noted above - should you have any complications from the result of NHP negligence you will be out of your own money to repair the damages as they are irresponsible and unethical.
