Afshin and Hossein are fabulous guys to work with. Believe it not, they started and ended the job exactly when they told me they would. They took great care of our home. The 1st thing they did was to put down cardboard paper over my floors where they were working to ensure the floors wouldn't get damaged. THE ENTIRE FLOORS!!! I found them very professional, reasonable rates, easy to work with, knowledgable. My wife and I are very happy with the work they performed on our home. I will post pictures once my kitchen cabinets are in and we take up the paper from the floor. lol. I highly reccomend New Trend Home Improvements.

When I wanted to buy my house I found Afshin as a home inspector. His ability was good to find out that what problems are in my house. Because of he works as a contractor too I selected him to updated my old laundry room. By doing that I gave him extra works to do for my house. Afshin and his colleague (Hossein)’s work are perfect but they are very busy. So, you have to be very lucky to reach them! Strongly recommended, but don’t forget to get discount!

I was referred to New Trend Home Improvements by a friend of mine, who had a great experience with them. After a series of discussions about planning, budgets, timelines, etc. I hired them to finish my basement. They did an outstanding job with the floor plan, and we got to keep half of our basement for our own use. New Trend Home employees were very meticulous and detail oriented, and they kept the property immaculate during the project. They were very courteous and pleasant, and most importantly they finished our project on budget and on time. Overall, we're very happy with the results.

We needed a professional company to remove a load bearing wall for us, in order to create an open concept plan. We contacted a few companies, but when we spoke to Afshin at New Trend Home, we knew immediately that we want to work with him. He is a true professional with the mindset of perfectionism.
