We only use HEPA certified vacuum systems and we use and are experienced with industry leading equipment manufacturers such as: NIVCOMP, Ermator, SASE, WerkMaster, Newgrind, Terrco, Husqvarna, Blastrac Bunker & Machine Technologies.
We're a member of the (ACI) American Concrete Institute, (ICRI) International Concrete Repair Institute and ASTM International and we adhere to their standards. We're registered, licensed, fully insured for liability and we're WorkSafe BC compliant.

| Warranty | NEXT LEVEL FLOORING offers a five year warranty on every job. Specific steps are taken for this warranty to take effect. We cannot warranty a job unless all professional recommended steps advised by NEXT LEVEL FLOORING are taken by the client. NEXT LEVEL FLOORING is trained and certified to install compounds and systems the right way. This means removal of all materials and impurities from the concrete substrate prior to restorations and installations are crucial. Moisture issues in a subfloor can also void a warranty unless steps are taken to counteract the effects. It is important to understand NEXT LEVEL FLOORING has years of experience and knows what it takes to do restore and install the right way. We only offer services that are important to the job at hand and never upsell services you don’t need. A lot of it is common sense and as a client you will be able to understand the benefits to our techniques. |
