Ian was professional, courteous, prompt and provided excellent work He followed up after the work was completed to ensure I was happy with the work done and if I had any concerns. The leveling was done quickly, efficiently and expertly. My husband and I are completely satisfied with the work and would recommend Ian to anyone doing house renovations

Ian has a great attitude and makes an effort to communicate even after hours. He listened to my concerns about dry wall dust and did a much better job than others at maintaining a satisfactory level of cleanliness. However, the quality of workmanship was average: I can see the outline of the original cut out under certain lighting conditions, and some of the mould stains are still showing (more coats of paint needed) in my kitchen. The painting in my washroom was also not perfectly crisp (was tape not used?).

I'm more than pleased to write this review about Nicon,s enterprise.This company has finished building my deck at my house in New Westminster in a timely manner and within my budget .
I will recommend the Nicon's to anybody that need work to be done on their property.
