We offer many different options for home heating and cooling systems. We are fully capable and licensed to upgrade your homes furnace, air conditioning, hot water tank, and tankless water heater. We also offer space heater, heat pumps, ductless air conditioning/heat pumps and air handler options.
Our R60 cellulose upgrade package also includes a full attic inspection, installation of baffles/rafter vents to increase ventilation, checking for proper duct work, and air sealing to minimize energy leakage. We also offer a removal and disinfect package for water and animal contaminations.
Often in homes with inadequate attic insulation and duct work we find signs of energy leakage, moisture build up, and ice damming. This creates the perfect environment for mold. We identify the source, remediate the mold and correct the issues preventing it from ever growing back.
Major penetrations on the exterior walls allow a large amount of energy to leak outside the home. We can solve this issue by inspecting and identifying any holes and cracks on the outside of the home and sealing them. This ensures no extra energy leakage and contributes to lowering your energy bill.
