We were very pleased with all the trades! Gerry did an exceptional job on our siding and metal cladding of windows. Don and his painting team did a great job on the chimney and foundation. And the roofers did an excellent job as well! Couldn’t be happier!!!!

The people at Nisby were wonderful! I needed a replacement door quickly. The builder of my new condo had installed the wrong door to the balcony, putting in an inswing rather than an outswing. I had renters moving in in two weeks and everyone was telling me six weeks or more. Barry at Nisby had Jack call me. Jack came out to measure and went out of his way to pull some favours to get a new door made within a week, and then Joe came and installed it the following week. The door looks great, seals well (unlike the door it replaced) and opens the right way! It works, is square, and looks wonderful. It all happened within my timeline so everything was done in time for my renters to move in.

The work Nisby completed did not pass a city inspection, and no one from Nisby would come to see the job in person. We choose to stop the job/work from the contractor they hired because it was not completely according to the manufactures warranty/website and it did not pass the City Inspection. Nisby would not correct the work with a new contractor, if I wanted the job corrected and pass the city inspection the only option Nisby offered was to use the same contractor. The job was paid in full, and I requested min. refund from Nisby for the work that wasn't completed by Nisby (I had another company finish the work). I was told the VP had to make the decision and I never heard back.
