Shahid was very professional and accommodating. We had a lot of questions and he did his best to answer them all. He asked if it would be ok to bring an apprentice with him, as he said he never would without knowing his customer was ok with it. We appreciated him asking and said no problem, as everyone needs somewhere to learn. The job was done on the day we booked and we have been very please with his work and our new air conditioner.
