We contacted 02 Restoration after my fathers home had a major fire. We called them because the restoration company, that the insurance company sent was slow in responding and not very personaable when they did.
John from 02 responded immediately when called, he had a crew to my Dads house right away and they began the containment immediately.
Our family was quite overwhelmed as my father house was completely destroyed, 02 took great pains in trying to salvage items that held sentimental value. They also went above and beyond and helped us to understand the insurance process, advised us of our rights and liased with our insurance company. They also worked closely with the sub trades for us.
It has been 6 months since the fire, and 02 Restorations obligations are long done, yet they continue to touch base with us. It has really helped my father to know that they have been there to answer questions and offer support along the way and would be 6 months from now if need be.
Special thanks to John & Brent for going obove and beyond what was required of you. It is nice to see, in todays society, a company with so much integrity.

Although O2 Restoration did their job on the emergency situation following a storm flood, they brought in a contractor to complete the restoration process after drying out the premises. They hired JAK Trades from Brantford. JAK did not show up for the first three appointments to review the requirements. They then repaired the damage BEFORE repairing the cause, which may have caused more damage. They failed to even investigate if further rain caused further damage. They did not complete the project as quoted and we eventually had to find another contractor to complete the work. Unreliable is how I would describe JAK Trades. I suggest that O2 Restoration find another sub-contractor to do their restorations as JAK Trades is giving them a bad name.
