We had an extremely positive experience dealing with everyone at Okanagan Hardwood Flooring. They are professional and always pleasant.
They were great at making sure we understood the whole process. The work was done quickly,efficiently and as schedule. It is nice to meet people who are taking pride of what they do.
They are 5 stars in our book and we highly recommend Okanagan Hardwood Flooring.

It has been a pleasure working with Okanagan hardwood flooring. Everyone from the office and the floor sanders worked really hard to get our 50 year old fir floor to a great finish.They ran into issues, but worked with us to solve what we thought could be a fir floor that was not saveable. We would recommend them as a company that goes out of there way to make the customer happy.Thanks again to Jeff and Caleb.

Just about tried to remove our ceramic tile ourselves--thankfully we didn't and they did(not a small job). This is a company that proved they care. The install of the new floor was on time, complete, professionally skilled and looks great. They properly prepped the concrete floor and it shows in the end product. Went out of their way to protect our furniture, by doing it right, they removed a ton of stress. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Nick came about a month ago and refinished the floors in our carriage house. He just came and refinished the floors in our house and both look incredible. He cares so much and is truly a master at his craft! Heather is their organization guru and we had a great time bantering during the rescheduling that I needed. I highly recommend this company as they go the extra mile and care about the service they provide.
