About Olivit Construction
Olivit Construction Ltd. was established in 1984 to service both the private and public sectors of the construction industry. Our acquired experience has enabled us to successfully perform on projects in the education, healthcare, administration, corrections and commercial/retail sectors of the industry. We have completed projects ranging from high tech hospital and corrections facilities to basic warehousing structures and most anything in between. Olivit is fully bonded with capacity to bond projects in excess of 60 million dollars and we carry a 5 million dollar general liability insurance policy.

The construction industry has become a highly sophisticated entity. Current technology enables us to create structures that were once only dreamed of.
Services
We can provide competitive bids for Fixed Price Turn-Key projects as well as fees for Construction Management services. We have successfully completed many fast-track projects as well as multi-building development complexes.
General Contracting
Olivit provides General Contracting services for a wide variety of project sizes and types. Our management team and construction staff are highly skilled at project coordination and subcontract management. We insist on quality construction.
Construction Management
The Construction Management process is in most cases very desirable. Work can begin on the structure of the building while final finish details are in the design stage. Projects can be completed several months sooner than Fixed-Price projects. Construction Budgets can be tabled prior to construction start and the owner can benefit from cost effective design changes along the way. Olivit Utilizes high-end software for project cost control, reporting and scheduling. Information can be transferred electronically to ensure timely and cost effective decisions.

From tenant improvements to cosmetic re-fits to complete building alterations, Olivit has the ability to satisfy your needs. We can be the single source contact for your project and look after the many facets of renovation from design to completion.
