I was in need of replacing my hot water tank for my salon and reached out to Ryan @ On Point Plumbing & Gas Ltd. for some options. Ryan took the time to explain the pro/con of each solution and answer my questions, he was knowledgeable and provided advice based on his real world experience. I chose Ryan and his company because he values his customers and has high standards for the quality of work he and his reputation and this was extremely apparent from just speaking with him for a few moments.

The quoting process was excellent, he came to assess the space and work, provided a quote in short order. The day of installation was as promised he and his team were early and ready to start on time. They were courteous and respectful of our space as we were doing some training during the installation. They completed the work and tested the new system to our satisfaction and walked us through the operation and safety procedures. They left the space looking better than when they came in, you would not have known there was work done in the space unless you watched them.

I continue to without hesitation recommend Ryan & On Point Plumbing & Gas to my guests, friends & family because I know he is trustworthy, reliable and can solve their issue.
