I wasn't satisfied with this company. I retained them to remove and dispose off asphalt shingles in August 2016. The bin rental was $99, delivery charge (which was not on their website) was $65 and $125 per ton disposal fee for the asphalt shingles. First, they charged $600 to my credit card ahead of time instead of the $500 that we agreed to. Second, they did not provide invoice before charging my credit card as per the contract agreement. They claimed that they sent the invoice to the wrong e-mail address. Thirdly, when I questioned the weight, they gave all kinds of excuses for refusing to provide me with proof/evidence that the actual weight they charged for was correct and accurate. After long back and forth with them, it was clear to me that they charged as much as they could get away with. I was disappointed this guy betrayed my trust. Please do not make the same mistake I made. I do not recommend this company.
